balance began its life with a simple aim: to deliver you a complete personal approach to fitness, nutrition and well being.

I'm a busy mum with two young children, and a strong passion for skiing, boxing, the great outdoors and delicious, nutritional food.

Retraining as a personal trainer and nutrition advisor was a natural choice when I reached a cross roads in my previous career with a new baby to consider which left travelling the world in my previous role untenable.

It was without doubt the very best decision I have made in my career and I have never looked back.

I absolutely love what I do! Not only do I get to do my two favourite things all day (exercise and chat!) I strongly believe there is no better reward than than seeing people achieve their dreams, and change their lives for the better through the power of exercise and good food.

With a wide range of industry recognised qualifications, and a broad experience in coaching individuals and groups at all levels, ages and abilities, I have a simple mantra; to help you achieve your personal goals, whatever they may be... improve a PB, learn a new skill, do a headstand, handstand, or pull up. It doesn't matter, I will be dedicated to helping you smash it in the most enjoyable way possible.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength/ muscle, increase your flexibility/ agility, improve sports performance, change up your diet, or simply improve your mental health and well being, I offer bespoke, individualised and result driven plans to suit your needs.

I will help you to train more effectively and enjoyably, eat wisely and implement changes  gradually that are achievable, realistic and most importantly; sustainable over time.

 

No crazy fad diets, no extreme exercise programmes, just simply moving a bit more, and eating smarter for a happier, healthier you!

I strongly believe that body transformation should be an enjoyable, and most importantly fun experience and therefore my sessions whether 1 to 1 or group classes, are always fun, varied and continually challenging to keep you motivated and moving forward towards your goals.

You are in control, and I am always on hand to offer professional, friendly advice and support along the way, and help celebrate in your success!
