You may not aspire to such levels but whatever your exercise goals personal training can help you reach them more efficiently, effectively and keep you motivated along the journey no matter how big or small they are. Challenges are after all what makes life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful Left to our own devices very few of us can confidently, and effectively achieve our goals. One to one training allows me to do the thinking and planning for you. The hard work is down to you! balance offers a free 30-minute face to face consultation to get to know YOU • Your motivation to exercise and personal goals • Your barriers to exercise, if any • Your exercise history • Your medical history • Your current fitness levels • Your exercise loves, and hates Training one-to-one with balance offers you wide-ranging benefits: • Health test, fitness testing and body composition analysis with detailed results every 8 weeks • Individual and achievable short, mid and long- term goals agreed and documented which are continually evaluated and reviewed • An evolving, individualised and results driven programme tailored to you and your goals • Bespoke home programmes for your own personal use • Nutrition advice and food diary/macros analysis BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE
